What should I choose??

Ok so I have to be out of my current home by June 1st. I have 2 options, the first house is 1300 a month 1 acre completely fenced 1 story cute. The 2nd house is 1900 1 acre in ground pool 2 story great neighborhood not fenced. 
I do have a golden retriever so fence is a big plus! 
I definitely prefer the second option but the women who owns it has already backed out from renting it once. She just got back to me today and said she has decided to rent it again. That her fiancé and herself just got back together so she’s moving in with him. 
The 1st house is cute and with a rental company so it’s a for sure thing. 
What would you do if in my situation?

If she's already backed out of renting it once I would be cautious about her changing her mind so I'd play it safe and go for option 1

I think $1900 is too much to throw away towards rent. I’d go with the $1300 and when you want to buy, then $1900 is more understandable.

Id go with the first option save the money and buy yourself one of those pools you can take down every year ! Then you have the best of both worlds 😁

Option 1 and save up so you can have a pool in a home you own someday. 
I have a golden retriever and a lab - trust me - you want the fence. We had to stay at a relatives while waiting for our house to be built and without a fence it was such a pain! Having to let them out on the leash at any hour got annoying. So much easier having the fenced in yard. 
Plus, I’d personally hate to spend that extra money on a place you rent. I’d rather be saving it for your dream home 😊

First one. No fence with a dog would be really annoying for me so I wouldn’t even consider an unfenced yard especially since it’s more

Why do you prefer the second place? The only good thing that you stated was that it had a pool (which you’d have to maintain), which I don’t personally feel is worth the extra $600 monthly, but that’s just me.

Option 1. You could always get a above ground pool if you wanted for a one purchase less than the difference between the two
