Womans multivitamin and Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails
I've been taking a Woman's multivitamin for months now and I just about Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails to start taking. Can I take them together, the multivitamin has 30mcg of Biotin and the hair skin and nails has 3000mcg of Biotin. Would that be to mucb biotin or is it fine?
