Help anyone... can you relate

I am supposed to be 6 weeks today but after transvaginal ultrasound yesterday I started bleeding only when I went to pee but it's continued this morning. I went to see doctor this morning and they did another transvaginal ultrasound and said they saw a sac and that I was measuring at 5 wks 1 day instead of 6 weeks. I'm taking hcg levels today and going back Friday to see if they're doubling still. Please keep me in prayer.
