Need help

I'm a first time mom and I'm concerned my daughter has been having these raised bumps kinda like a rash all over her and I don't know what it is I told her Dr about it yesterday and she said it was baby acne on her face but she didn't mention the other ones all over her body. Not sure what it is because sometimes it goes away and doesn't look as bad but it's still splotchy.
