Only wanting breakfast

I've finally got past the morning sickness, or so I thought.

I'm rarely hungry and if I force myself to eat I'm end up being sick.

The only time I have an appetite and can keep food down is in the morning so my breakfast usually consists of enough food to feed a family of 5.

Any idea or tips on getting through this? I'm 16 weeks and as a first time mum I'm constantly worried I'm not doing enough for this baby.
