So unhappy with my body right now 😔
Since my miscarriage my body has went downhill in one way or another. Recently my weight. I've had so much bloat and a "pouch" I cant seem to get rid of. (I am on my period which may contribute to the bloat) I feel so insecure. I've had pityriasis rosea since my pregnancy as well as a cyst under my nipple that continues to grow. My breasts have lost a lot of elasticity and my skin is now loose (this has also occurred on my belly). Recently I damaged my knee attempting to exercise and may now need surgery. I cant exercise now due to this. It is difficult to complete everyday tasks such as cleaning and caring for my daughter as well. I have an appointment for my knee next week and have had 3 appointments for my breast. The issue has not been resolved. I feel really down in the dumps. How can I lose this " belly pouch"? I know most of weight loss is diet. Could anyone share some advice? I know staying hydrated is a key component. What foods can I eat to promote weight loss? What are the foods I should avoid? What simple excerises can I do to back the diet? Im desperate ladies. Thank you!
