hydroxycut max for women is it safe. I want to lose like 20 pounds I know I can do it on my own but I feel like I diet pill like this would really motivate me. Has anyone tried it and is it safe?

Hell no it’s not safe. That crap can give you a heart attack at least years ago it could not sure if they have changed the formula or not but years ago it almost did to me. I lost 87 pounds in a year just walking and eating better. High protein high fiber and low sugar low salt and mostly granola for bread carbs. Just used a Fitbit and MyFitnessPal app. You get a set number of calories and when you exercise you get extra calories to eat or save towards the end of the day which is your calorie deficit and equates to weight loss.

I tried it. It does nothing.
You’re better off with portion control, eating healthy, drinking more water and exercise.
There’s no magic pill or drink that will make you lose weight. You have to work for it.

I use to take hydroxycut. Honestly if you aren’t changing your diet or exercising by pushing yourself as far as you can then it’s not going to do anything but give you jitters. Also, if you’ve never taken it before you should not start off by taking max. Try the regular one first. 
If you really want to invest, I looked into and but Ladyboss lifetime membership. It’s basically a weekly guide to healthy eating and workouts;both home and gym. I prefer it with my preworkout and protein powder.
