Any advice? Trying to lose weight and become healthier.
I would like to lose weight. I’m 5’3” and 170 lbs. I don’t feel good about myself. I have already started going to the gym and I’m trying to eat better. What I was wondering though, is what worked for you?
Also, I have hypothyroid, but I am taking medication and everything is where it should be now. But I’ve heard that it’s hard to lose weight with hypothyroid. So if you know anything in regards to this, would be helpful as well. Thank you :)
