Noticed all day my boyfriend has his nose in his phone. It bothered me a bit since it was his birthday, but I didn’t say anything until later in the night. “I was just answering birthday texts”. You always told me you don’t answer anyone’s messages at all because you don’t want to talk to them? I mean, I can believe it, but it still annoyed me. You’re surrounded by family and girlfriend and you want to be on your phone? Then he said he was going to change his clothes, and proceeded to be in his room for 10 minuets until I finally got up and knocked on the door to see if I can come in. He was sitting on his bed (with different clothes on) ON HIS PHONE. Yeah, I’m paranoid and I hate cell phones, but with the amount of posts I read on this app about their man cheating on them and how often I see girls I went to school with get cheated on (including both my best friends), it’s always made me worried he’s too good to be true. Plus my anxiety... he knows this. We’ve talked about it before 😪

No need to say “you need to trust him more” or anything along the lines of that. I know. I’m constantly working on it. I’m aware this is stupid. Sometimes it just boils over and I need to rant a bit...
