This is long but please please read.

Ok this is day two in a row this has happened. (Mind you I’m a very light sleeper) Yesterday my soon to be 6 month old daughter who sleep in her crib started to wine and cry as usually I instantly wake up. My routine is I sneak past her room to the kitchen and get her a bottle ready and get her a diaper set out and ready on the couch. Well yesterday when I got up I notice when I went past her room the door was completely shut. (So I even heard her wine while the door was shut) I was 99% sure I didn’t close it I never close the kids doors. So I started to think maybe I was just really tired and didn’t notice I closed the door. Well when I went to open the door to get her there was something heavy in front of the door. (In my head I was like wtf could be in front of the door) so I pushed it open kinda hard to get whatever it was out the way and all of a sudden I hear my son start crying (he will be 2 years old in two weeks) I instantly turned the light and saw that he was sleeping on the floor in her room in front of the door. I felt like the worst mom ever that I pushed my son out the way with the door. But I had no freaking idea he was in her room. So I picked him up calmed him down and put him in my bed.

Ok fast forward to the next day. I wake up again around the same time as any other day my daughter starts to wake up and wine and cry (3:30-4pm everyday) so I gets up and go do the usually. Well on my way to the kitchen I found my son sleeping in the living on the floor. Again! I freaked out. So I picked him up and he is currently sleeping in my bed. The house is the exact way I left it before bed. (So it’s not like he was up playing in the middle of the night and I would have heard him if he was) There has been times in the past he wakes up in the middle of the night but he would usually cry and get out of bed and I will call him to come get in bed with me. So I don’t understand what is going on. I’m worried.

What could this mean why is he doing this?

He been sleeping in his toddler bed for two months now with no problems at all he switched from the crib to toddler bed without a problem. We also have been living at a new house for the past two months now but again that has never been a problem for him? So what is going on with my baby?

Is he sleeping walking? Have you ever had this problem with your toddler before?

(He will be 2 years old in two weeks and he has a doctor appointment the day after his birthday so I will be speaking with his doctor about this.)
