Lazy baby??

Question

I'm 28 weeks pregnant with my first and sometimes he has me worried! Some days he seems real active and then he can go a couple days with just a few little pokes here and there... it always gets me concerned, anyone experience this??  My doctor said it could take up to wk 32 for his moments to become more rythmic so he didn't seem too concerned but he was in a big hurry yesterday :/. Maybe its his positionnin the placenta? I'm just curious, I hate to worry so much if this is normal.

I'm 28 weeks. My baby will have a day or two of "super" activity and then seem to rest for a day or so. I'm a bit of a worrier so on her quiet days I will check her with my Doppler or get something cold to drink and lay down on my side for a bit

No that's normal. Babies sleep a lot because they're doing a lot of growing, so there will be days where they hardly move. It's also possible you're not always feeling it when he does move, especially if you're up and moving around.

My doc told me if I don't feel like it's normal to eat/drink something sweet and lay down. Then I should feel at least 10 movements in an hour. If not I should go get checked. If you ever feel like something is off always just go in- better safe than sorry!
