I've never had a good clot this big.. I normally only get small ones 
First thing when I woke up this is what I got

That is a big clot. If it’s out of your norm just keep a check on it and if it consists maybe contact your gp if you’re concerned x

Thanks ladies! My Dr is off for a week so I'll go to the clinic after work, it's been steady and heavy but just little bits of clotting now, I've had no appetite all day which isn't normal on my period
