My cycle is usually regular: pretty light flow, and lasts 3 days. Light like if I dont have a tampon on me, i could survive and won't bleed on my clothes (it justs sits lol) & at the most a tiny spot. Cramps happen off and on, but usually are not too bad. only get bad a few times a year.

To explain my calendar: after the sex you see, i barely remember my period in April... i know it was normal. Little to no cramps.

My period in May was predicted to start on the 13th. Had faint pink spotting the 11th then.. it stopped. Then light pink 12th and.. stopped. (Blue) Then light flow the 13th. (Yello) I remember thinking it was kinda normal but kinda less flowy than normal. The 14th it was light then ended.

So idk if I had a real period..

The 15th & 16th (purple) i got TERRIBLE migraines water and food only helped a tiny bit, and i had to have lights off when i got home. I never get even headaches. I'm usually very hydrated.

The 17th (green) I had cramps that had me think a second period was starting 😟 then the pain stopped and I had light pink spotting, only when i wiped. Never needed a liner. Later had faint dull cramping, crazy lower back pain, felt woozy/nauseated.

18th (green) I had the same symptoms as the 17th but the cramps lighter.

I never midcycle or OV spot.

Fast forward, since then

I've had lower pelvic heaviness, tightness, sore back off an on, for a week I wanted to eat but didnt want ANYTHING, sometimes nauseated, I'm tired, gas, constipation yet i still can go...

And now my nipples are sore too.

All this started over 3 weeks before my predicted next period on June 9th

What do ya'll think this is?!
