Soon to be NICU baby

Hey ladies! I am hoping for some advice. I am currently 32+3 and my son was just diagnosed with IUGR. We have twice weekly nst and ultrasounds now. He is weighing around 3 lbs 2oz. The 2 doctors I have spoken with are very confident he will be here before 36 weeks and that he will need nicu time. Just wanted to talk to some other nicu moms to see what I should be expecting or what you have learned from being in the nicu and wish someone could have told/warned you about.
