Help?! I just paid for lifetime of glow and it still shows as regular access!

Pissed off I paid for lifetime access and it’s telling me I still have to pay. It took money from my account, so what’s going on Glow?  I can’t even find anywhere on this app to access help.

Theres a bug. I paid a few months ago for lifetime,  i have access but before clicking on things it still says i have to pay lol. I can click and it lets me in though which is good. But the system is definitely buggy.

Idk never had to do that and I joined back in January this year?!? Not sure what you did but I would be pissed off too. It’s a free app shouldn’t have to pay
