Okay here it goes..

Before me and my bf thought about moving in together we handled our money separately. We agreed as long as we’re both doing our part to save equally for a house then we’re both okay with the way we manage our own money.

So, I personally get lip fillers/ facials. Basically I love treating myself.

Him- it’s his gym stuff. && helps his family

Okay, we never had a problem with that.

Before we were about to move into a house HE suggested he pays the rent I pay for electricity and everything else on the side. And I agreed, we haven’t really talked about our finances as one, and I don’t see us doing that.

So once again as long as we’re paying for what WE agreed on, we can please ourselves however.

Now that we’ve been living together for about a year and he sees me treating myself. Going to get my fillers/ facials and I brought up that I’m looking into getting a boob job (something he knew way before) he threw a fit and said I should be going half with him on the rent now since I have “all” this money to spend. Am I wrong for feeling some type of way??? It’s like he’s jealous that I have money to spend on myself. He’s been texting me now saying we should really be going half on the rent since I have free money for all of my other stuff.

I’m beyond pissed because I’m a realtor, I work hard for my money. I don’t get paid hourly like he does, I’m just very good with saving for what I want.
