Bleeding after cervical check.

I had my 38 week appointment about an hour ago. I got home and noticed blood when I wiped. So I put some tp in my underwear to see how much is coming out and this is what I got after 10 minutes. also feeling a little crampy. Should I be contacting my doctor?
