My cramps are literally killing me 😢😢 any tricks?
I am having the worst cramps I have ever had in any cycle. Is there any tricks to help with period cramps?
I have tried heating pads, light amount of over the counter pain killers, less sugar, hot showers, and tea. Nothing seems to help.
