Infant hip dysplasia... anyone else?

Anyone else been through their child with hip dysplasia? Our daughter is 9 days old and in a brace to help her left hip develop. Wondering if anyone else out there has been through this? FTM

I haven't experienced this but wanted to lend support that it will heal and she will be fine. How long foes she need the brace?

My sister went through this with one of her twins. She was born breech. She was in a brace for a while, and now she is only in the brace at night time. She’s about 18 months old but was born 8 weeks early. She was a little delayed with walking, but she is walking great now!
