Should I call security??

I run a small museum gift shop. We have a man that has schizophrenia that occasionally comes in. We have lots of little kids that come in and we have lots here right now. He was just in her for over and hour and is now standing outside pointing his fingers like a gun and pretending to shoot people. This makes me uncomfortable and a little worried for the families that are here. Should I call security???

You can call it make sure they know he has mental health problems so they can treat the situation accordingly

Yes. I would call but let them know about his issue. At my old job we had a man who would come in a couple times a month and try to get into our childcare center because he insisted he needed to watch a basketball game happening there. If I could finally get him out of the building, he would hang out in the parking lot yelling. The only male who worked in the building would go talk to him. He refused to leave until we said we’d call the police. That always made him leave.

With all the bullshit going on with shootings I'm sure kids dont want to see a strange man faoe shooting them. Call security.
