I’m 9w exactly with our Christmas baby and I. Am. Always. Hungry.

And if I don’t get food in me fast enough I start to feel sick you know that feeling when you’ve gone too long without eating but like after 2 hours 😩😩😩 what also sucks is that I seem to be eating less...like one slice of pizza and I’m full. Can’t even clear half my dinner plate. But then a few hours later. STARVING. 😩 any tips on this? Not trying to gain an unhealthy amount of weight plus I work full time in a prison so I can’t just be constantly eating...
