Formula feeding and breastfeeding

So my daughter gets about 3 bottles a day of either formula or breast milk mostly formula. She also eats from my breasts a lot. But when she gets really hungry she gets frustrated and spits out my nipple and cries and I’ll put her back on and the same thing happens. I’m trying to cut out all formula and just have her nursing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? Just keep putting her on the boob no matter how frustrated she gets? Also forgot to add she’s 8 weeks old.
