Would you put up with your ex dragging your name through the dirt and distributing pictures of you he/she wasn’t even supposed to have?

My ex and I haven’t been together in two months he kicked me out a month ago and I’ve been homeless since I recently found out from a friend that he’s been trashing my name and sending out nudes of me that were taken without my knowledge or consent. I’m furious and am debating reporting it but i don’t want to ruin his life. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
