What's your bed time routine?? Do you feed your LO right before bed?? I need suggestions

I nurse my baby to sleep every night 🤷🏼‍♀️ it works for our family! We don’t sleep train nor are we going to.

We take a walk around our block if the weather is nice enough then bath, bottle and bed. My son will be falling asleep as soon as he’s out of the bath as I’m getting him dressed he’s usually rubbing his eyes and wanting a bottle already. As soon as we put it in his mouth, his eyes start to close

After sleep training, sleep should not be associated with eating, so we feed our daughter, put away her toys, change her into her pajamas, brush our cats, read to her, and put her into bed. There should be at least 20-30 minutes between eating and sleeping.

We feed our baby to sleep every night otherwise he won't go to sleep, so we bath all the children, my older two will watch some tv whilst baby plays then we put them to bed with a story and then make baby a bottle and feed him and put him down, he doesn't go down easy some nights it takes 5 tries to put him in his crib without him waking up and screaming bloody murder, he also only sleeps anything from 2-4 hours in his crib then he's in the bed with us! We follow his needs and give him what he needs, he's already made so much improvement with sleep he used to be awake every 1.5hours wanting to nurse back to sleep but now he only wakes once. I suggest just giving your baby what it needs, they aren't this small for long 😊

Bath at 630pm every night (not always with soap) then into nursery- white noise machine on and very dim lights...massage lotion change diaper pjs then breastfed in glider until asleep, usually by 715-730pm. She sleeps until 630am.

My LO’s last nap is at 4:30 or 5 for about 20-40 minutes. Then she has her bottle and baby food. She plays by herself on the floor while my husband and I eat dinner then we all play and read books (and watch jeopardy) until about 9. I make her a bottle and get her pjs on and lotion and her sleep sack. She eats her bottle and then we rock for a little bit and she’s out and in bed by 9:45 at the latest. She usually sleeps until around 8 am

Bath, lotion, and pj’s. Then bottle and lay him down. He either goes right to sleep or talks for for a few minutes and then goes to sleep.
