How often do you change your sheets?

I’m curious, my husband said I change ours too often. I change the sheets and everything every Sunday and Wednesday but switch out pillow cases every day

I wash our sheets,blankets and pillow cases on my days off but usually every 4 to 5 days. We have 6 pets 3 cats and 3 dogs so there is a lot of hair and I like the feeling of clean bedding after a shower.

No less than once a week, sometimes twice a week, depends on our week. I do change pillow cases every other day.

I try to do it every week, but I only have one set of sheets so I have to take them off the bed and put them back on after washing/drying them. Husband doesn't usually get up until 11-1 since he's not working. So I would have to do it after I got home from work, but I'm usually exhausted and busy trying to do everything else.

Hahaha does every day count tho?! (Not actually, but pretty darn close!) we bed share with a toddler, and wet diapers are too real 🙄

I usually wash the bedding every Saturday but now that I’m reading that people do it more than once a week, I worry about my hygiene standards. 😅
