I’ve had a weird peroid

So my period came half way through my cycle I had a full 7 day period and then 12 days later I’m on this weird one where my blood is red and dark brown and clumpy, I have constant cramps, it’s a light flow enough to fill a tampon and drip in the toilet. I thought it was a sign of pregnancy so I took a test it came back negative twice. Has this ever happened to any of y’all?
