My husband was diagnosed with psoriasis a little over a year ago at 28 years old. He was given a cream with a steroid in it and it helped for a good bit until the last month or so. He’s been really stressed at work and it’s gotten hot in there since he works in an enclosed warehouse with no AC. Today I was able to pay really close attention to his flare up and it’s gotten bad. I’m making an appt for him to go back to his doctor after vacation next week to be re-evaluated but I wanted to see if anyone has any tips on getting it under control and helping the patches go down.
