PCOS Diet Help
Hi ladies!
After a few months of “maybe you have PCOS” “it doesn’t seem like PCOS” I finally got the diagnosis after an ultrasound today 😔. I’ve been exercising daily and eating healthy (monitoring my calories and macros with MyFitnessPal) for about a week and I’m down 4 pounds already. I’m going for an insulin resistance test in the upcoming weeks, my levels were slightly elevated when I was tested in February. Does anyone have any diet tips that help with PCOS/insulin resistance? Or any advice for PCOS in general? Feeling pretty bummed out tonight 😢
