Help! Sacral dimple with small skin tag

My 2 week old has a small sacral dimple with a small skin tag, he has a ultrasound next week, but in the mean time I am driving myself crazy.. besides this odd thing he is perfect in every way, had a smooth pregnancy and delivery and everything else has been normal.. I’m just looking to see if anyone has been through this, trying to ease my mind
