Left side cramping at 12dpo?!

Question

I’m 12dpo and planning to test tomorrow. Tonight I’ve been cramping on the left side, and sometimes on the right. Is this a good sign? Has anyone experienced this?

Answer

I think it’s PMS. I’ve had it the last few cycles and it seems to be what I get now. I usually only cramp on the heavy day but now for a week leading to AF I ache and cramp especially my left ovary (I’ve had small cysts seen on it). I’m 2nd day “late” and negatives.
