Im current 17w pregnant. I noticed when laying down my heart feels like its dropping like my beats are dropping ill get this huge wave of weird sensations like a jolt kinda. Then my heart will start racing then after a whike goes back down to 60 then ill get the jolt n itll go up to 70 then back down to 60. One time my bpm was at 40 something. Is this anxiety or no? Im having trouble breathing too kinda. I took a unisom 50mg doxylamine so idk if thats causing heart issues but ik freaking out :/. When i vlose my eyes i see this huge bright light too lmao in my head im like "is it my time?" Its scary
