Nipple blister? What should I do?

Ve

Hello, so I am a little over five months into breastfeeding my daughter (new mom) , and after going back to work and pumping and making it work I am really happy that I’m holding strong. Milk production is always an issue for me, I always make just enough. The freezer stash from my maternity leave is dwindling down and I am trying to not have to supplement. So far we are pulling it off! I dealt with clogged ducts a few times in the beginning and haven’t had any troubles in quite a while with that. (Thank goodness) but I have a new issue that popped up yesterday afternoon. I have a blister at the top of my nipple. From everything I’ve read on milk blebs it sounds like they are white and caused by a backup of some sort or a callus. I don’t think that’s what’s going on with me. It’s clear it looks kinda like a mini version of a blister you could get anywhere on your body. I noticed it was sensitive after my first pump session at work (which was rushed and I used a lot of massaging and squeezing and a moderately high power on my Madela pump). By my second pump session at work I noticed this blister. It was really sensitive and I slathered it in lanolin so it would stop rubbing in my bra. I talked to some people I normally refer my questions to and no one really knew what to do. Some people said to give it a break let it heal. But this is my milk production boob. I can get 5oz out of this one whereas I get a max of 2 oz out of my lazy left boob. I don’t want to have to slow down this breast but I am afraid if I don’t it will create a callus that would cause me reoccurring milk blebs and they sound horrendous. Any thoughts recommendations?? Nipple blister pics included sorry if TMI for some. Also added a picture of my sweet girl.
