Symptoms - increased creamy CM 6dpo-8dpo, slight intermittent cramps/pinching dull pains 8dpo and a faint dull backache similar to right when I start AF. Could not sleep night of 8dpo at all.

I should add my other two cycles (started charting bbt religiously in January) they all begin dropping at 10dpo, which is also when I start spotting for 2-3 days before AF shows full force.
