Iv heard that dreaming of bleeding is a sign of miscarriage. Well tonight I had that dream of where I got my period.. I seen blood in my dream. But I’m real life everything is going good. I’m really scared now, this is my first pregnancy. I don’t know if stress or worry has caused this dream I just want everything to be okay , I don’t have a doctor appointment for another 2 weeks😭😭😭😭 someone help me
