Conceiving after laproscopy?

Were you able to conceive after laproscopy? 
I have been trying to conceive from past 5 months but failed :(
Going to have lap done in July. Wanted to know what is the success rate of conceiving after that?

when i had my 6week post op checkup i found out i waa 4 weeks pregnant.

I still did not get pregnant after my lap. A couple years later I have more hints as to why, though still nothing definitive.
