No appetite after baby?

Baby boy is a week old and I'm breastfeeding but I have no appetite! I force myself to eat and try to make it healthy but food almost makes me kinda feel like gagging! I don't want my milk supply to go down and I need energy!

SAME!!! I think it might also be because of percocets, which I'm taking post c-section.

Same!  I gagged it down though.  It will help you feel better.  Download a calorie counter to help you hold yourself accountable for eating enough!  That helped me.

I had this too as well as a bit of a runny tummy which made it worse! It passes - keep eating and drinking for the little one though!

Same... And I'm normally a big eater but I never feel like eating anymore. It's so weird!

I feel the same way 😕 I googled it and apparently it's normal, though I've never heard of it before. Don't really feel like eating or drinking but I try to force myself to drink as much water as possible
