Hemorrhage in Placenta

So my 1st trimester screening/ultrasound for genetics came back normal, but there is a small hemorrhage in the placenta with a little bleeding. The nurse said it is nothing to worry about and they will keep an eye on it as my appointments go along. I personally have not had any external bleeding and she said that is good to hear. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m still freaking out and worrying. I’ve already cried twice, I just want my baby to be okay 😭
