Mirena and sudden heavy period
I've had the mirena for a year. Got it at my 6 weeks post partum visit. My periods vanished almost immediately and have had at most tiny amounts of spotting since. Then yesterday I had horrible cramps and today I have started a full blown period. And the cramps are awful. Anyone else suddenly get a heavy period after a year of nothing on Mirena?
