Does your baby cry for more than an hour a day

Just curious. I feel my baby is a little weird in this category

Not for an hour at a time, but definitely an hour if  I added up all the times she cries over the course of the day. Maybe more than an hour.

My baby only cries when she’s hungry. Only once has she had a crying fit and it was when I was busy doing stuff for my cousins wedding and didn’t see her pretty much all day. She’s 6 weeks.

If mine does it's because she needs to poop.

Mine cries/ fusses every evening 7-10pm or so and is only happy if nursing during that time. If i added up all the minutes of crying in a day it would probably come to about 2 hours or so I id guess

If your baby is crying same time every day for multiple hours then your baby probably has colic. My first son had it. Had to learn to put him down and cry for awhile just for sanity

So far since she was born I have heard about 5 cries from her. When she born, when brother was trying to be nice and bonked her with a toy he was trying to give her, gassy the other ones. Only lasting a minute each time or less. 7 weeks old. It might change though because her brother started to get gas pains around 3 months and would cry more often yet he didn't make a peep before that point.
