Red on poop blood?

Might sound odd but yesterday I said some bright red on my poop. Freaked out. Today I went again but had to look at it with a flashlight to see some specks of red. I do drink a lot of water with red mio (everyday) don’t know if that has anything to do with. I have bad bad health anxiety so this kinda thing makes me spiral. Help :(

Sounds like it’s the dye from the mio. However the other answer is hemorrhoids. Just an fyi blood in stool from organs won’t be red it’ll be blackish/dark color. You’re fine.

It could be just from pushing too hard when you go.  If it was from inside you, the blood would be dark due to the oxidation. I promise you'll be okay, I get anxiety about my health too.

It could be the mio. I know when I eat hot Cheetos my poop is red lol. Try not drinking it for a whole day and see if there's any change in your night stool
