Hey galssss, im only 5 weeks 4 days. But today i have started to bleed.. when i wipe. I am sad but i am just wondering what you all think of whats going on.. i will attach a photo. Every time i wipe i have blood on the tissue but its not dark red (yet). I feel like i just know its inevitable i am miscarrying but part of me is so hoping i am not. I cant go to the doctor until tuesday and im just sat here waiting for it to get worse or to be in agony. Has anyone miscarried at near 6 weeks and able to shed some light ? X
