Due May 26 and only 1cm dialated
Found out at our appointment today that even though I'm only 1cm dialated, I'm 90% effaced and baby's head is at station -1 and nearly fully engaged! So...now I just need the dialation and contractions. I sure hope she starts making waves soon!
Besides walking, sex, and sitting on a yoga ball, any other suggestions to get things moving more???
