I don’t know how to handle this anymore. I do all the chores in the house and leave two or three for my husband. But they never get done.

For example I did a deep clean of our house last Sunday. It is now Friday and the trash has not been taken out and the pile has only grown. He had today off and I asked two things of him. Take out the trash and clean up the glass from the lamp that our cats broke. Easy enough?

Apparently not. Just got home at 4 and not only have none of those chores been done but he has trashed the house with all the food he ate today. When asked why he didn’t do anything today, he assured me he did do stuff today it was just all the chores that matter to him which are just all his hobbies that he maintains.

I can’t take it anymore. He has verbally confirmed to me multiple times that it would be done and it’s not. This happens all the time. I don’t know what to do. What’s your input?
