Nausea after prenatal massage??

Has anyone gotten a prenatal massage and felt nauseous/kinda sick to their stomach after? It’s been 2 hours and during it felt so good but now i just feel yucky. Anyone had this happen before and what to do? Btw I’m 16wks 3 days

Make sure you drink a ton of water after your massages! It’s possible that you’re a little bit dehydrated, which could lead to nausea.
