I really need some advice on what my mom can do...

She started a business (a thrift store)

She wanted to help out a couple family members who didn't have jobs so made them get partners to be nice. They had an agreement to all pay 3 ways for this business, the other two never could come up with their part of the money so my mom put all her money in to it. They never put a dime in but they all did come up with the name of the business together. Well drama went down like it does between family and these two were going to try to take the business from my mom, she got word. So she went and changed the name and had them taken off as partners, and had them escorted off the property. Now they are trying to sue her! They never paid anything! And all items for this thrift store were donations! So they went in today and took pics of all items THEY got through donation when my mom said they could take it all, but they won't. They took pictures instead and said they are taking her to court. Do they have a case??? They never paid any money in to this business, my mom was just trying to be kind. Plus they owe her thousands from other things she has helped them with but that's all a different thing. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
