I might have miscarried

so i’m two months late on my period and i haven’t confirmed that i’m pregnant, but today i started my period suddenly and the flow was heavy. then i got home and about 5 of these have come out. is this a miscarriage, i don’t need professional advice, i just want to know from someone who might know a little bit more before i go to the doctors.
