Wedding guest dress opinions?

I’m going to a wedding in Texas (I live in California) in July, and I wasn’t sure how the weather was going to be, but is this appropriate for a wedding? 
It’s for my boyfriend’s best friend. He’s the best man, so he’s actually in the wedding, wasn’t sure if it looked alright for a wedding! Thanks in advance!!

Definitely look at the invitation and wedding website if they have one. Time of day is pretty key. If it’s an evening wedding then that’s too casual. If it’s an outdoor wedding early afternoon then it’s perfect.

It depends on the dress code and venue. I’ve been to plenty of Texas weddings and without knowing more (if it’s a catholic wedding, the wedding of a Highland Park family, or a wedding on someone’s family ranch) it’s going to be difficult to say if you are underdressed or not. Yes you’re a best man’s date, but the groom could also be in blue jeans and boots so who can base it on that alone? 
I love the dress. I think for a more casual (/outdoor?) wedding it would be great — it looks lightweight (you’re gonna want that in July) and could be dressed up a bit with shoes and accessories. 
But if you’re going to a more formal wedding, you’ll likely want to get something a tad dressier.

I would double check the location, time and dress code. Id say for a date of a groomsman its too casual. But again, depends on invitation.
