I got the depo shot about two weeks ago and according to my cycle, I’m a month late if not for the shot. I started spotting and bleeding heavily with horrible cramps and I didn’t know what was going on. I’ve been going through a very stressful month and I don’t know if this is because of the shot that this image happened or I miscarriaged because once this came out the cramps went away. Maybe I’m just overthinking this. Please help...
