Help?!?

My 4month old latches on 10-15 min normal. These last two days 4min only. After he unlatched he is MAD!!! Crying. Smacking his lips, eating his hands, and moving towards my hand if I put it by his cheek. I offer again and he gets more mad... I gave in .. pumped 3oz and he drank it like he was starving. 😭 what is going on? Teething? (During these two days he has had enough wet diapers and bowel movements)
