Any way to regulate AF?

AF is sooo irregular. Has anyone any ideas or ways that have helped them become more regular? It's sooo difficult TTC. :'(

Go to you obgyn i had weird periods like that. I even went a year before I got mine again. But foud out my plurality gland was causing all my problems. So now on med for it. 
But of course everyone is different and it could be for many reasons

I am using a supplement and it has worked great it's fertilaid for women and ovaboost...it's really helped me out a lot with my irregular period..but it did take at least month or so to balance it out

I heard to start on birth control for few months to get your cycle to start back regular for 3 months straight the. Get off b/c and ur next menstrual cycle should be normal to concieve. I had a friend that had irregular periods too
